Sold a home in Poulsbo through Prowse & Company!
Hi Brenda Prowse Team (BPT),
We now own a new house here in Portland. Thanks for all your help.
Vivian is mending up well. We were indeed fortunate, the car was totalled.
1) The property sold pretty fast (but at a little higher price than first considered). The pre-sale prep was an excellent idea (and thank Don Merry for fixing the front door lock so people could get into the house).
2) The VA financing alternative was fully explained (but not completely understood).
3) We got Earnest Money.
4) The closing process went so smoothly, we really didn’t need any assistance. (Yah, sure, ya betcha.)
5) You’ve been in touch.
6) Vivian recommended BPT to a woman in her painting club before we left.
