Hey guys,
We sell 40-60 homes a year, and selling our own home in Kingston was as much a drag for us as for anyone else. I specifically chose Brenda Prowse & Co for marketing reasons, and I was not disappointed at all.
You guys run circles around all the staid Windermere-John L. Scott-Coldwell Banker guys and for a reason. The agent who sold us the house had wondered, sometime during the selling process, why we didn’t choose him. He was a great guy and there was absolutely no reason not to… but I am not impressed by open houses and same-old same-old. Just do what the heck it takes to sell the house… which is what you guys did and what met our expectations. I don’t think we have to recommend you in Kingston/Kitsap… I think the extended list of waterfront homes you sell successfully tell it all.
