I really need more then a minute to tell you how wonderful you all have been for me.
I know that Brenda and I had talked about customer service and one of the reasons she made the leap into doing her own company was because she wanted to give the service she felt was needed. Well you have truly accomplished that. As you know I am in the business and it also is important to me to give great service. Even though this was my family home and a little emotional for me and my kids you made the transition for me easy. I loved being updated by email once a week. I felt like Hugh was always one step ahead of me and had everything done at a movements notice. At the end when I needed help with last minute things he took over and finished it for me. I liked that you didn’t push for price changes but when they were needed you had information to back up why. As you know I had two other agents and Brenda you were the only agent that walked all my property lines with me and asked questions. I felt you knew the property as if you had lived there.
What a wonderful experience and I am so happy to see great service in a world where we have forgot about it. Thank you to a great team!!!!
