I want to say a very big THANKS for the help in selling and buying the homes on Candy Circle and Goodfellow Lane. Your help and the help of Hugh, Lori, Taylor, and the people in your office made everything go very well. Things moved along very rapidly and you met every deadline with time to spare.
The pricing of our home was right on, as it sold in a one week time period, even during this time of slow sales. All aspects of the selling and buying were explained and discussed carefully. There is a great amount of information to comprehend and procedure to follow, all made less difficult to understand and follow thanks to your timely, accurate and comprehensive information flow. The locating and scheduling for the skilled contractors to accomplish the various items needed to be done was so helpful and made things less stressful for me. The use of the van for moving was such a great resource, I can only say THANK YOU so very much.
