What a bang up job all of you did! This rather complex transaction was essentially transparent to us.
All we had to do was carry out some minor direction on three or four occasions, and the next thing we knew, the property was sold and we were heading south to our new digs in Portland, Oregon. Admittedly, it’s a seller’s market, but Brenda set the listing price at the high end and was able to get full price in only a month. You really are a “superstar team”! And for what it’s worth, I think it’s really great that you have a qualified stress and grief counselor right there on your staff. In that regard, I must cite Erica’s wise counsel as she helped me through the trauma of those trying periods of no potential buyer activity.
Thanks again to all of you who made this normally highly stressful event a whole lot less highly stressful. At our ages, just the thought of moving is highly stressful. To actually do it borders on temporary insanity!
