Care To Jazz Festival’s Jazz In The Woods

Prowse and Company is helping to support Peninsula Community Health Services in their Care to Jazz fundraiser to be held July 20th and 21st (two separate events - see details below). Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. They form part of the social services safety net for low income health care services in our County.

PCHS offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include primary medical care, dental care, mental health counseling and health education and promotion activities. Compassionate professionals including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, counselors, dentists, dental hygienists and dental and medical assistants provide all care at our three health centers in Bremerton (616 Sixth Street), Port Orchard (320 South Kitsap Blvd.), and Poulsbo (19045 Hwy 305, Plaza 305 #180).

Patients are charged for services according to a sliding fee scale based on their income. PCHS also accepts DSHS/medical coupons, Healthy Options, Basic Health, Medicare, TriCare and other private insurance reimbursements. PCHS is also supported by a variety of funding sources including federal, state, local and private grants, the local United Way and community and individual contributions.
